Paediatrics has an entire ward as well as an isolation facility for infectious diseases and haemato-oncological care.

A Neo-natal Intensive Care Unit(NICU), was set up in 1992, with eleven beds, including incubators and warmers, providing Level II intensive Neo-natal Nursing Care. Facilities include ventilator support, pulse oximeters and infusion pumps. The department also cares for extreme premature babies. The new wing has an NICU of twenty beds, and will provide Level III Intensive Neo-natal Care.
