ADMISSION PROCEDURE:
Planned admission:
On your arrival at the hospital for admission, you or your family members / escort should first see the receptionist at the admission counter on the ground floor. You will have to submit the admission advice slip at the counter.
You will be asked to choose a class of admission from General, Cubicle, Semi-Private, Air Conditioned or Deluxe. Please remember that the charges for all services rendered differ according to the class of admission you choose. You will also be asked to fill in a registration form and to sign a consent form starting your approval for admission in the class specified and for rendering all medical services required by you.
Planned admission can be made on all days between 8.00 a.m and 8.00 p.m, you will be asked to pay a suitable advance deposit.
Admission for surgery:
You should check in between 8.00 am and 9.00 am for surgery scheduled for after 2.00 pm on the same day and between 12 noon and 6.00 pm for surgery scheduled for the following morning.
Emergency Admission:
Patients can get admitted during any time of the day in the hospital through emergency if advised by the Holy Family Hospital.
