DISCHARGE :
Hospital room checking out time is 12 noon. We may consider a grace period of 2 hours in case where your consultant has marked discharge not a prior or early in the morning. In case you have some genuine difficulty, you can intimate the ward sister in-charge so that the request can be considered.
Before leaving the hospital, please check your room / bed & bed side accessories for all you belongings.
We will really appreciate if you can fill in the attached feed back form and put it in to the suggestion box before leaving. This will help us understand ourselves better and serve other patients in more efficient way. Your identity will not be disclosed to any hospital staff.
