CERTIFICATES :
Post discharge, you may have to process a lot of papers with the insurance companies or with your own organisations. It will be prudent if you complete all the formalities at the time of discharge.
Your ward sister will give you a discharge card at the time of discharge after complete settlement of bills.
If you should need any additional assistance in this regards you may please contact the Medical Records Officer during office hours and seek help. The Medical Records Department is situated in the basement.
The Person will guide you which certificates are necessary and how to process papers for obtaining these.
We suggest you to meet the office at least a day prior to discharge.
